Internet Explorer Pre-Configuration
Our DVR uses ActiveX control for the web viewing. In order to activate that ActiveX control, you will have configure the Internet Explorer Browser to install the ActiveX control.     Go to Internet Options from the Tools Menu     Go to the Security Tab     Select Internet Zone, and then Custom Level     Check the Prompt box for Download unsigned ActiveX controls     Check the Prompt box for Initialize and script ActivX Controls not marked as safe for scripting     Click OK and then click Yes to change security settings     Click OK again to exit out of the Internet Options Now you can access the DVR. Enter the ID and password respectfully. The page will now prompt you to install the ActiveX control, Click Install. If you need assistance, please call us at 1-866-410-2288.
